Gunsmith Service
Contact Umarex USA Service Dept (479) 646-4210 Ext 71 with questions regarding gun repairs. Guns requiring service will be issued an RA # (Return Authorization Number) which is to be written boldly on the box. Include a note that lists the following: Name, address, phone #, brief explanation of gun problem, and the quoted cost of repairs if applicable. We will call you when work is completed and payment (if applicable) can be made with a Visa or Mastercard over the phone. You are also welcome to pay with a money order.

 Airgun Parts
Umarex USA maintains an inventory of gun parts for most of our cataloged guns as well as many older model RWS
rifles. Parts are not available for sale via our website. Individuals are
welcome to order over the telephone, 479-646-4210 Ext 71. You can view the "Exploded
Parts Drawings" under the "Manuals & Maintenance" section of our website. Note that we do not offer parts drawings for all air gun products. Parts are not sold to Dealers, Distributors, or Gun Repair Centers. We accept Visa, Master Card, money order, or personal check.

Warranty Claims
UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS :
Call Umarex USA (479) 646-4210 and ask for the Service
Department. If it is determined a return is necessary, you will be issued
a Return Authorization Number. Write this number boldly on the box. Include
your name, address, phone number and original receipt with the product. Return
prepaid to:

CANADA CUSTOMERS:
For Warranty Repair: Please call Umarex USA Service Dept
(479-646-4210 X71) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will
then be provided with the address of an authorized repair facility in Canada.
Shipping charges to the repair facility are not covered under warranty.
Shipping charges from the repair facility back to the consumer are listed
in the warranty documents i ncluded with the gun. A check for the appropriate
amount of S&H must accompany the gun to the repair facility. A copy
of your original computer generated purchase receipt (no hand written receipts),
a note detailing the particular issue with the gun , and your contact information
is to be included with the package. Please write the RA# on this note and
on the outside of the package.
For Non-Warranty Repair: Consumers may contact the repair
centers listed below for servicing of Umarex USA airguns.

Warranties do not cover shipping charges of defective product to Umarex
USA or their repair centers. You are responsible for these charges. You
must have an RA (Return Authorization) Number marked on your package. For
other items covered, or not covered by your warranty, consult the warranty
that originally accompanied the product when new or contact our Service
