PCP Air Rifles

Pre-Charged Pneumatic airguns are all the rage these days.  And why?  The reasons are plentiful.  PCP air rifles offer shooters hair-splitting accuracy and often doing it in a lighter, more ergonomic design. Partly responsible for the inherent accuracy of this style of pellet rifle lies in the design.  With the air stored on-board and pre-presurrized, there is virtually no recoil when the trigger is pulled. This means there is no need for special optics to withstand the harsh recoil associated with spring powered air rifles. Additionally, Pre-Charged Pneumatics or PCPs offer inpressive power right out of the box. These two major factors have been responsible for winning thousands of air rifle shooters to the side of PCPs in the past few years. Umarex's Gauntlet broke the glass ceiling on price by offering shooters a PCP platform that was powerful, consistant, and affordable as it was the first PCP offered anywhere under $300 (at it's launch) with an air pressure regulator for amazingly consistant shot to shot performance.
